Featured Ads on Top of Search Criteria
My apologies in advance if this was covered, but this was the closest post that covered my question, but it pertained to Classipress.

In any case - here's my question for Jobroller:
Is there a way to sticky Featured ads to the top whenever a search criteria is entered? For example, if a user filters "Part Time" jobs, all featured part time jobs are shown first at the top, and likewise if someone uses the search criteria, say for example "Nurse", all featured ads pertaining to Nurse shows up at the top before the others.
Any help regarding this would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
