    fixing tags?

    Hi everyone,

    Just started using jobroll and I am quite liking it. One thing I would like to know if it's possible to determine
    the name of the tags, and only allow the job poster to select tags.

    I can see it is possible to add tag name in the admin, but the job poster always has to add new tags, this
    will just end up being a total mess making this function useless

    is this posible?
