Google Map on Map Dialog?

Just wondering if anyone has done this mod yet. I want to have a widget with a google map containing pins of all the locations currently selected by users for their resumes or job listing. So when new users visit the site, they can look at the map, select a pin, and be taken to that job listing, or vice-versa on the employers side, if they select a pin and all the people within the area selected will show up.

If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know, or write a tutorial if possible.
