HELP Failure Notice - Are you sure you want to do this

For some reason I can't make changes to the Job Posts in the back end... If I make a change and click "Publish" or if I want to take a job out of the Pending stage, It opens up a new window that says "Are you sure you want to do this?" And gives me a "Try again" link. I didn't have this happen before.
