How can I create a “Submit a Resume” button

Submit a resume directly under the “submit a job” button


How can I create a “Submit a Resume” button and place it directly under the “Submit a Job” button on the homepage (just like other websites).

I Think that should be useful improve the shortcode for the buttons:
Submit a Resume
Submit a Job

Obviously, if the person is not logged in then by pressing this button you should be taken to the login page.

When the person is logged it’s necessary to show only one “My dashboard”.
