How to change button colour??

I want to change colour of Submit a job button and also buttons above it. Someone told me it is in /themes/jobroller/css/style.css

But not able to understand.

Please let me know the code and also files which need to be edited. Screen Shot attached. I want buttons to be pure black. Please tell what changes I have to do. It will be great if I could know the exact code to be edited and the code for black button that needs to be put in.
