How to edit the "Apply Form"?

Hello,

I want to edit the "Apply Form" that people use to apply for a job where the resume and cover letter fields are.

I'd like to change the wording of some of the fields as well as change the file types that are allowed to be uploaded.

I've looked in all the php files in the theme but I can't find the apply form section anywhere.
