How to turn Location automatically into a search keyword

Hi all,

At the front page, how I can turn the "location" automatically into the a search keyword? Now the "location" of the individual post is not a link.

e.g. when I click on "London", the link should be like:
http://www.jobsite.com/?s=London
then all the jobs in London will be listed out without entering the words

I am working on loop-job.php line 53 (perhaps)...
Anyone have any idea on it?
