    How do you promote your sites? Let's start sharing ideas.

    I am new to the Job Board scene and need some advice in how to best market my site. I of course want to attract as many employers and job seekers as possible.

    I've created a Facebook page, twitter account, Perhaps I should add some kind of video component. What are your thoughts?
