Indeed and SimplyHired integrations not working

I Turned on integration on my website for Indeed, and i also purchased the SimplyHired integration. my problem is, when a user is not signed up or logged into my site, it will say " fetching jobs from indeed" and then a few seconds later my whole website will just go white with a little smiley symbol in the top left corner. I know it is the plugin because when i remove them i dont get the white screen. Something is wrong with it if the users are not logged in or signed up. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you. I dont have the integration on my site right now because it is live and i don't want it to happen to anyone else.
