Job Listers (Employer) Time is Valuable

Hi,

Looking through the eyes of the Job lister (Employer) I as a potential Job lister would not post a job if I thought all I could expect would be to be bombarded with 100s of CVs for every job I advertise - working out who is suitable and who isn't becomes a nightmare for the employer.

I would like to suggest to the AppThemes team for consideration, an option to filter all of the CVs that do not meet the client's requirements in a similar way that a recruitment consultant would.

Empowering the Employer with the ability to manage their recruitment process from within Job Roller is a must. I believe this would add significant value for both the job board owner and employer.

Please consider implementing future functionality that would include this as a Value Added Service to Employers.
