Jobroller change "salary" to "State"

Hi guys,

I need a modification and was wondering if someone has a good mod or pointer for this.

I need a small image of a state on the joblisting. I have a small map with the state highligted.
Now my guess is to change the salary field into states , as this is not required for me.
So this can be easily done , but now i need it ti show an associated picture on the job listing !
Like the jobtype freelance, fulltime etc it can be defined in the css.


Any thougts on thisone ?
