Jobroller multiple blogs - Jobseekers and Employers

Hey gang, I was wondering if anyone knows whats the simplest way to create two separate blogs - One blogs is strictly for the jobseekers and other is for the employers.
I was on wordpress looking for answer and could not find any. i don not want to create another separate site just for another blog.

I was also thinking, how could we get the post to have subcategories. In that case i could just create two category 1.Jobseekers and 2.Employers - and just list all the subcategories under each.

    Anyone.
