Jobroller Multisite - Child theme problems

Hi,

I've tried to set up a child theme. I'm using Jr 1.6.5 (multisite). It's more or less fine. However, the header looks different (wider) and the buttons' colours ("latest jobs", etc.) also look different than on my primary site.
What do I need to fix?
