Make changes to 'Main Index Template' or Add Content to Top of 'Page 2', Tags, etc

Hi, I've been able to edit the main page via the featured jobs section, posting a few images & ads above the job listings. What I'd like to be able to do the same on

domain.com/page/2 - and so on
domain.com/job-tags/

and other related pages.

On other themes I usually update the main index template but the file is blank in Jobroller. Which file(s) do I need to edit in order to do so?
