Make outbound homepage links open in a new window

Hello,

When on the homepage in JobRoller theme job listings have a link to the company's website which have posted the job.

How can you make this open in a new window?

Note: when clicking on the listing and then clicking the company's website link that opens in a new window which is cool - want them both to open in new windows.

Step-by-step instructions appreciated.
