    Make the top bar like Google's?

    I would like to make my top bar like google's homepage top bar(images, videos, maps. Does anyone know how or where to do this at. I want to take the padding away from the text and only have the text clickable. I am meaning like the login, about, links, and submit a job at the very top of the website. And while im at it I would pry make the font just a little bigger because the it would be a smaller area to have to be able to put your curser on. I like googles way of doing it and it seems like all the big websites are like that.
