    I need to change the color of the Header and Top bar

    Hi, I want to change the color of the header and the Top Nav bar from the "Pro blue Theme" to a lighter blue.

    I tried editing the Style-pro-blue.css but i can only get some parts to change like the border of the header. (Empleos Verdes)

    I realized the Top bar maybe an image, so I tried to download it and open it with Photoshop but I couldnt open it.

    How is this done?
