I need employers to complete additional fields to register

Hello!
I need additional data to validate companies....so:
1) Is there any way to add custom fields to employers' profiles?
2) Is there any way to avoid employers to post a job if not completed the abovementioned fields first?

Otherwise, ANYBODY may register and buy a job pack and post whatever they want, and possibly defraud people.
What do you recommend to mitigate this?
