    Question Partnering with a local recruiter?

    Hi,

    May there be a benefit(s) to seeking out a local recruiter who would be interested in establishing an exclusive partnership with me ( my job board) who has an existing database of job seeker information as well as an established list of trusted local businesses whom they have and continue to do business with?

    I am considering sourcing out such a relationship with a local recruiter and would split 50 / 50 rather than offering a very low price per job posting and not sharing proceeds with a recruiter / partner.
