Re-list option for 1.7

i'm so confused by 1.7 (and the lack of any documentation)

in 1.65, when a job expired, the employer would just go to their dashboard, find the expired tab, and click re-new, and that renewed job was taken out of the number of jobs available in the job plan, simple!


So what does "re-list price" mean in 1.7 ?? Is the re-list price for the whole job plan??? or individual expired job posts in the plan??????
