Redirect to Submit Job page

Hi,

I noticed in the previous versions of Jobroller, when a guest user clicks on 'Submit a Job' button it would redirect to the Submit Job page..where he had to register an account as Job Lister first before proceeding with the next step (Enter Job Details). Refer image attached.

Now in the latest version (1.8.3), clicking on 'Submit a Job' redirects a guest user to the Login page. How can I change this so it works like the previous versions? I want to redirect potential Job Lister to the Submit Job page and register there. How and which files I need to edit?
