Replace Resumes with CV's throughout the site

Hi all.

I'm building a site using JobRoller for the UK market and want to replace the word 'Resume' with 'CV's' throughout the theme.

For example, the top menu link 'Browse Resumes' I want to say 'Browse CV's' but I cannot see where to change this?

There are obviously quite a few references to Resumes throughout the theme, including emails which are automatically sent out.

How do I find and replace all instances of the word 'Resume'? Can I do it from the theme editor or do I need to do a search of my database?
