Require Jobseeker registration first

Hi,

I would like to make it a requirement that jobseekers first register prior to being redirected to the job site that has the job posting when using job_url custom field. So when a non-registered site user clicks on the View & Apply Online link they would be redirected to the wp-login page where they would register first.

1. Custom Field = job_url

I use custom field job_url that redirects jobseekers directly to the job site that is posting the job by showing the View & Apply Online link.

At the moment, when job_url is used, any non-registered site user can simply click on the View & Apply Online link and be redirected to the job posting without having to register first.
