    Resume Hover Pop-up

    Please look at the attached pic below regarding the Resume Hover Box.
    I would like to know how to either:
    1. Disable this hover box
    2. Edit the colors
    I can't seem to find where the CSS for this box is located or any way to disable it. The colors don't work with my scheme and I don't know if I want it either.
