Setting up Homepage with Jobroller

Hi everybody

This is probably a silly question. I've just purchased the Jobroller theme and would like to set up my Homepage. However, I'm not able to do so, I always get the message "You don't have permission to post jobs".
I did create a new Page with the "Home" Template and set it as my homepage. No matter what I set my homepage or what template I use, it won't work. I did update my permalink structure as well, but it still doesn't work.

Any ideas where I went wrong?

Is there some kind of "Demo content" that I could download and install, in order to set up Jobroller more easily?
