ShareThis is too slow. Any alternatives?

ShareThis is very slow. My individual job listing pages show the loading bar for quite some time waiting only on ShareThis. I'm using tools for speed such as caching and compression (zlib, minify, and media compression). I have other settings to make my site lightweight as well. The site itself loads quickly.

With ShareThis disabled, it's so much better.

1. Are there any alternatives that are MUCH faster (AddThis, etc.)?
2. Where can I find the settings to replace ShareThis entirely (in which files)? I know it can be disabled and I see where to remove the code in single-job_listing.php, but where's the JavaScript for it?

Edit: AddThis is LIGHTNING FAST compared to ShareThis. My question is how do I implement AddThis properly? Which file(s) do I need to edit with the AddThis code?
