    sharing a thumbnail on Facebook, Digg, etc. other than main logo

    My logo on JR is white on a blue background, so if I try sharing my site on facebook, you see nothing - as it's white on white.

    I've read a number of posts putting certain tags for alternat FB thumbnails, but it doesn't seem like I'm putting the tags in the right place.

    Can someone give me the right code that refers to a custom thumbnail made for FB on my root directory (or wherever) AND the precise place to put it in WordPress / JobRoller?
