I've got the captchas turned on to full, email verification is switched on, I'm running various Wordpress security plugins including Ban Hammer to block repeat offenders, but still all of my JobRoller sites are being completely blitzed by spam job poster sign-ups. The non-verified sign-ups aren't really an issue, apart from being a nuisance, but I'm also having a lot of verified sign-ups who then spam my advertisers and are scaring away genuine customers.

What can I do? This has been going on for a couple of years now and I have to check every spam sign up to see if they've verified their account, though by the time I find them they've already sent emails to my advertisers.

Can you recommend a tweak or plugin that adds extra custom fields or security questions to the sign-up process? I'm at the point of removing my sites as they've become a liability.
