Submit a Job - How to make the 'Find Address/Location' field as 'required'

Any suggestions on how I can make the 'Find Address/Location' field as 'required'? (not just a '*' next to it, but it alerts if not completed, like it is if you don't put a 'job title' in)

I think there may be some code changes needed in the 'jobroller/includes/forms/submit-job/submit-job-form.php' form?
