Translate the names of months on the Hover Qtip

Hi,

I need to translate the names of months which are displayed on the Qtip, when someone is hovering the mouse on the resume list page.

Now, every months are in english, even if the date format was changed in the seeker-prefs-form.php.

Where is the file to modify to achieve that ?
(I've searched in the includes/js/jquery.qtip.min.js but I can't find where to control the date format.
