Using JR as a property website...

I've got the developer licence pack..

And I've got a website I'm building that will be a property website

More importantly it will be a website where Landlords can list and rent out properties and tennants can apply for properties and contact landlords.

I perfer the look feel and functionality of the JR website over the CP site

For example the format options in the fields for the content on the JR website is way better than the one in CP

I like the resume section on the JR theme, is there anyway to use this as an application process?

Basically it will be the same as the resume section but viewable to the landlord that has placed the ad they applied for.

Alternatively I can scrap the whole thing and use one of the other themes..

My main requirement is a way for landlords to manage applications on the site - so if this were classipress the contact form on the ad page would generate a post or something that that landlord could view in a tab called "applications"

Make sense?

I'm thinking that I will need a bastard love child of all the themes in one!
