Validate Location by State

As soon as my other issue as to WHY the location field doesn't keep its value once a Job Lister submits their job (See thread); I am looking for someones help to configure the Google Location so it validates what a user puts in and only accepts specific states.

I have a New England only job board which currently I need to personally go in and check the location (when it works!), so it can become very time consuming. It should validate the field and check the GeoLocation to make sure its in either Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.

Perhaps someone has already done this so I am sure I could mod it myself from their to make it work with those 6 states.
