As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Multiple Questions
Hello, Thanks for your help in advance!

1) How do I remove the Submit a Job Button with pricing from the right hand side. There are so many post a job buttons, need to get rid of this one.

2) Is there a way to shorten the list of prepopulated job listings? Currently when you go to the home page, the job list keeps going and going and going.

3) Is it possible to create a Grandchild Theme off of your Child Theme?
