    Parse error / Need help!

    Can't seem to fix this issue can anyone help me out

    the error is on the side bar of my site, it's not on my home page but on any other page.

    this is what error says:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/content/35/11599435/html/wp-content/themes/jobsapp/includes/sidebar-nav.php on line 23

    i looked but i can't seem to figure out what to do
