Unable to Register Users

I have just purchased this theme and when you complete the registration form and press submit it looks like it’s doing something but then it just returns to the sign up page with all the details retained but the password fields blank. I doesn’t give you any indication that anything’s wrong.

If you then try and login it just returns to the login page, again not giving any indication of what’s wrong.

It does the same with the employer registration.

I checked that the passwords are the correct lengh ect.

I have also checked that anyone can register in settings - general
