Can't display coupon codes

When I first installed the Koupon theme I decided that I only wanted 2 types of coupon types: "coupon" and "deal".

Because of this, I ended up deleting the "promo code" coupon type and now I can't set a code for coupons anymore.

Can you please tell me how I can add the coupon code option to one of my coupon types? In this case the coupon type I need to add this option to is "coupon". I will be using the "deal" coupon type for coupons without codes, and I want to use the "coupon" coupon type for the coupons with codes.
