*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Coupon Code Popup not in new tab
Hello

Still i have problem with coupon code link. Because people can not understand when they click to Coupon Code link. Click to Redeem button opens store's website in new tab it is okay but when they click to coupon code button it also opens store's website in new tab. So people should find our website and copy the code and go to store's page again. So Is there a way to open ONLY Code Pop-up, not the store's website in new tab when we click to Coupon Code button. Click to Redeem button is okay but i would like to change Coupon Code function.
