*** New Marketplace Support Model ***

As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Issue - Popup for Coupon/Promo is not showing...Not sure why.
Hi Spartac,

I really like the Koupon child-theme for clipper! Great design! However, I'm having a problem. When I click on the "Click to Redeem" box for the promo code, a popup window does not appear. I've gone to Koupon -> Advanced Settings -> Display Popup Window -> "Yes." I've saved the settings, but it still doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

I thought that it might be that my Clipper theme is version 1.5, so I tried to update it to version 1.5.1, but I'm getting an error when I try to update it. Do you think that this has anything to do with it?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
