As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Not redirected to Paypal after adding coupon by user
Hi,

When you try to share a coupon - after registration - everything seems to work until the redirection to Paypal page (You are now being redirected to PayPal). You are not redirected. Nothing happens.
When you are in you user dashboard, you can see the added coupons waiting for payment. But the payment option also does't work.

I added a paypal email account.
I use the Koupon child theme. Plugins I have are Apptheme plugins for Koupon. And Fastest Cache, WP Optimize, Pretty Link. I deactivated the last 3, but still no results.
