As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Problem with link in popup window
Hi everyone -

I'm really happy with the Koupon theme and we're getting ready to do our full launch this month. I've been able to work through almost every issue I've come across by reading this forum, but one thing I haven't been able to fix, after looking everywhere including the Clipper forum, is this:

When you click on a coupon title the lightbox pops up. Nearly all of our coupons are going to be printables. If you click on the link where it says "Go to [store name] and enjoy your savings" you go to a broken link - page not found. Our website is www.MyCouponFolder.com, and the URL that you end up at is "http://mycouponfolder.com/href="

Is there any way to make this link go to the store's website? It seems that what it SHOULD be doing based on the text around the link, but I'm at a loss as to where I should even start. I can't even find the template file that creates the popup window!

Can you help???
