As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Remove space for featured slider
Sorry to repost these questions, but my last two threads went unanswered.

1) I don't want to use the featured slider on the homepage, but when it's turned off the space for the slider is still there. How do I remove this space on the homepage so it looks like all of the other pages without the space for the featured slider?

2) Is there any way I can stop showing the number of coupons in each category and store? Right now the menus in the header, footer and sidebar widgets shows the number of coupons in each category and store and I want to remove it if possible.
