As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Revolution Slider not working.
Hi.

On my homepage, there�s the space available for the Revolution Slider: When I try activating it, all I get is: "Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias mainslider not found.

Maybe you mean: 'demo' or 'kenburns_boxed'"

I tried editing the slider by experimenting with widgets on the different pages, but nothing happens. It shows up in the sidebars, but I want it to appear in the middle, like in the demo. So far, I`ve found no place to do that.
