As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi there, I have the LinkedIn plugin on my site here: http://www.jamjo.ie/sandpit/jobs/ all works well when you login to LinkedIn on the homepage but I have the option selected to show to all users but nothing shows? It only shows jobs when you actually login? I want to show the linkedin jobs regardless of you being logged in, I have the option visibility set to ALL USERS but still nothing shows unless you login. Any help much appreciated.
