    Problem with Show Avatars Unchecked

    When I uncheck SHOW AVATARS in SETTINGS->DISCUSSION I get a strange URL link:

    Also, If I check the "Show user avatar in widget (when logged in)" box in the plugin's settings I get this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /home/lizardlick/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smart-login-widget-1.3.1/smart-login-widget.php on line 444
