As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Extra Widget Areas
Hi Matt,

I've just purchased your plugin and am working through all the options before going live with ads.
Think I've most of the widget functions worked out. So far anyway.
But am unable to find or activate the 4 extra widget areas you refer to in the Marketplace info.
In particular I'm looking for the banner-above-header widget area.

I'm using:
WP 3.7.1
Classipress 3.3.2
Jibo 1.6 with mods.
