As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Fatal Error on install of the plugin
Hi there Matt,
I just installed the new plugin on WP 3.6.1 and I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare lw_widget_output() (previously declared in /home/jamjosan/public_html/mkt2/wp-content/plugins/vantage-logic-widgets/vantage-logic-widgets.php:27) in /home/jamjosan/public_html/mkt2/wp-content/plugins/appthemes-logic-widgets/common-init.php on line 221

Any ideas?
