A few issues

Hello I purchased this plugin last week and have been testing it out. I am having quite a few issues with it and it is not usable as is.

Here is a list of issues:
1. I am not able to set the default location to the US. I tried setting the longitude and latitude coordinates several times (even the San Francisco example given) but it keeps defaulting to to China or some other region (not the coordinates I provide).
2. Sometime I can not slide the map to adjust location. Refresh the page and try to adjust the location to the US and you might be able to see what I am talking about.
3. A category is showing up that is not selected. (replacement coils). Not sure why but no matter what I do this category keeps showing up. I do not want it to.
4. If I select a main category it will not display all of the sub-category ads. Only supports sub-category ads??
5. If I unselect all categories there are still ads showing up. If all categories are unselected then no ads should show correct?
6. The Categories drop down overlaps the zoom in / zoom out. This should be positioned elsewhere. I know you can - or + the categories selection box to hide it, but this is not user friendly as it took me a while to figure out.

Please advise, I would really like to use this plugin, but as is it is not workable.
