Mapsupreme doens't work correctly with multi-city av plugin

Dear Developer,

i've bought your plugin and noticed that it doesn't work if installed with multi-city. As this issue wasn't stated in sales page i suppose you have some kind of fix to this. As in my previous post regarding issue with tags i need you to tell me what and how to do. Please don't tell i need to place some code... i need to know what code to place and where to place.

I wasn't supposed to code. I just wanted to turn on plugin and see it working.
