As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Are you considering Mapsupreme? Well, I can help you with your decision. There are hundreds of mapping plug ins out there that you can download for your website and most of them are based on Google Maps and Mapsupreme is no exception. That is until you activate Mapsupreme and go through the setup process. That's when you will notice MapSupreme's attention to detail and the great support.
